Panic would be PD if published without notice provided steps were not taken to rectify the omission within 5 years from publication . Pirates of the Caribbean 4 trailer is brand new, and under copyright. UFO's - Disney's Video - Alien Encounters isn't PD. Geez, it's Disney! The movies in Shocker Internet Drive In - Week 12 would be PD if published without correct notice. Since this includes Drive-In Massacre (1977), which has been shown not to be PD, this should be removed, sadly, too.

- One of the movies in Shocker is Drive in Massacre. Sorry, I didn't make that very clear

- The Panic movie is Italian I believe

- How could a Disney Documentary from 1995 be PD?

I also read your part about Disney incorrectly... So we'll have to see if Panic is registered for copyright I guess...

The copyright status of Panic doesn't matter as it's included in the file along with Drive-In Massacre. However, I think Panic isn't PD because if it's this, it was made in the Philippines where copyright length is lifetime of the author + 50 years, and covered by GATT.

There is a movie called Panic in Shocker, but the link to the other movie called Panic created in 1982 is a different film entirely. So it would appear you were talking about that one...?

Oh, I see the mix-up. Sorry I thought you were referring to the other movie in Shocker.

oh. well yes, that is a part of the other file. However, the first link is a link to the Italian movie "Panic"

I was curious if it was covered by GATT?

You're right. I didn't notice that it was foreign. It would be covered by GATT.

Since "Drive-In Massacre" is a U.S. film released after 1963, it's under copyright if it has a valid copyright notice.

Video-Cellar said that it does.

It was uploaded in the blip.tv section so I don't think the Archive can do much about that sadly.
